A few things to note...

- If it is your first session, you will need to fill out health history paperwork; please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
- If you arrive for your session and the door to the treatment room is closed, take a seat in the downstairs waiting area.
- The door to the building requires a code to enter, which you will be sent in your session confirmation message. If you cannot find the code or have trouble getting it to work, please do not knock on the front door or windows of the building; there are other practitioners who may be in session. Feel free to call, text, or email me and I will let you in.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

36 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, and more notice than that is greatly appreciated. Since I am a sole practitioner without a staff, this allows time for me to reach out to my cancellation list and try to rebook the appointment. Any session canceled between 24-36 hours before our scheduled time will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment; less than 24 hours will be charged 100%, with one free pass given. This amount must be paid prior to or at your next scheduled appointment. Certain extenuating circumstances will be taken into account as exceptions to the 36-hour rule.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and charged for their missed appointment. A pattern of no-shows or last minute cancellations (24 hours or less) will require a credit card on file to book future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

**If you need to leave at a specific time, please let me know before the session starts, preferably as soon as you know; that way, we may even be able to start a few minutes early to get all your scheduled time on the table.

I look forward to working with you!
